Mauritius Waterfront Promenade

BA serves as the Prime Consultant, responsible for programming, master planning, urban planning, architecture, landscape architecture and interior design and is leading a team of local consultants. This is a multi-phase project that included urban planning of a new public waterfront promenade and urban core with a passenger ferry and cruise terminal as its anchor. The promenade design includes linkages to the Le Salinas downtown area, and the passenger terminal, as well as planned private development plots and public park spaces.
