The Standard at Coral Gables has been designed to be LEED Silver-certified and includes a number of sustainable elements, such as natural ventilation and LED lighting with bi-level switching. The project’s 1.5-acre site is within an urban context and accessible by mass transit and public transportation located within a half-mile radius or less.
