BA focuses primarily on the key business, market and financial aspects of the major cargo, cruise, commercial and other elements that may be unique to the site. From these analyses, along with stakeholder outreach and defining goals and objectives that drive the planning effort, a Team effort drives the physical and business plan development. The goal is to provide a final master plan that provides for flexibility, operational functionality, sustainability and that resides within a healthy financial framework.
