Bermello Ajamil & Partners and Michael Graves Associates collaborated on a joint venture for the Miguel B. Fernandez School of Business Administration, a 167,700 square-foot building combining academic and student residential uses.
Both organizations used experience gained at some of the most important educational facilities across the country to design an elegant and functional structure containing 41,000 square feet of classrooms, a resource center, placement center and academic advocate and advisement areas. The residential floors feature 192 private rooms, with common study areas and lounges on each floor.
