The Terremark Tower is located along busy South Miami Avenue, with a spectacular open urban plaza accented by a formal staircase that creates an abundant outdoor public seating area. The building’s parking garage sits behind and its apartment-clad facade is designed to be both complimentary and compatible in scale to the adjacent residential properties. It consists of a grid of pre-cast panels, columns and beams designed to create dynamic depth, with shade and shadow, complimented by tall matching Palm trees.
The dramatic Terremark project is clad in spandrel blue glass with pre-cast concrete that encases a floor plan designed to maximize “corner offices” and incorporates spectacular views of Biscayne Bay.
