Construction photos of McNair Park in Pompano Beach. A 6.5-acre park is currently being expanded. The program consists of a multi-use athletic field with bleachers, press box and electronic scoreboard, athletic courts, a playground with shade covers, a new recreation /concession facility, additional parking, walkways, a 400-meter, 8-lane running track, and an outdoor gym area.

The Middle Country Public Library in Centereach, New York is about to complete its second and final phase of construction which included the remodeling of the grand hall. The space will contain wood paneling throughout, specifically designed to reduce noise, a brand new café, and a new glass curtain wall system to maximize the use of natural light. The project is on schedule to be completed at the end of June. Congratulations team, looking good!

BA’s Landscape Architecture team was ranked #1 in the shortlist presentation for Phase 1 of design services for the Homestead Sports Complex. This phase consists of an artificial turf soccer field surrounded by a track with lights, a small stage, restroom/concession building and expanded parking. The rankings will go before City council who will make the final decision on the project award. Good luck to our Landscape Architecture team!

The Lake Stevens Splash Pad and Park Improvements ground breaking ceremony was held January 25, 2022. The ceremony was led by the Director of Parks and Recreation and attended by the County Mayor and District Commissioner. Congratulations team!
