Design for a new terminal at JFK. With 23 gates, the 2.4-million-sq ft new terminal will rank as the largest at JFK. Packed to the gills with amenities including multiple lounges, soaring indoor green space, and a bevy of retail and dining options, the new Terminal One will “incorporate the latest advances in both sustainability and security and be infused a with uniquely New York sense of place. BA is a design consultant working with Gensler as the Prime. Design is targeting Gold LEED certification.

Four Seasons Hotel & Tower, Miami, Florida - Principal-in-Charge. Integrating a five-star hotel with luxury residential condominiums, timeshare units, a fitness facility, and Class A office space, is the multiple award-winning mixed-use 67-story Four Seasons Hotel & Tower; the tallest structure in the southeastern United States. The Tower is clad in a glass and metal skin, with a low-rise podium of stone and pre-cast panels enclosing the parking garage for 1000 spaces. The base acts as an elevated ground plane while providing for retail uses that energize the surrounding area.

Design for a new JetBlue terminal. The $308 million project consists of a two-level, 5-gate domestic concourse located on the southeast corner of the terminal loop. Design is underway and targeting Gold LEED certification.

BA provided design services for a new Admirals Club to be constructed in the shell of a brand new Terminal 3 at Guarhulous International Airport (GRU) near Sao Paulo, Brazil. This new club is 9,100 SF on the Mezzanine Level in a secure area. The project program includes 184 seats, including; main lounge seating, quiet seating area, business center, a cyber cafe/dining area, TV Lounge, Children’s area, reception area, showers, beverage and food bars, kitchen and restrooms.
