Experience

John Townsend is a Registered Architect and LEED AP with nearly two decades of experience as Project Architect and Project Manager. He is experienced in a variety of project types, with an emphasis on healthcare and aviation, and versed in design and project management software, including Revit, CAD, and Deltek Vision. Mr. Townsend understands the complexities of large infrastructures, continuous occupancy of work areas, infection control, patient safety, and confidentiality. He has managed teams of architects, consultants, and end-users while maintaining high project standards. Many of these projects have gone through the design review and inspection process of Florida’s Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA).
