This is a multi-phase project that includes urban planning of a new public waterfront promenade and urban core with a passenger ferry and cruise terminal as its anchor. The promenade design includes linkages to the Le Salinas downtown area, and the passenger terminal, as well as planned private development plots and public park spaces. This project was featured at the 2019 AIA national convention. Completion is planned for fall 2022.
Jim led the BA Team in the master planning and concept design for a 1,000,000-SF, $1B development of a plan for an integrated cruise and ferry facility capable of handling three cruise vessels simultaneously and an accompanying ferry terminal facility to meet long term demand.
