Prominence and elegant design on the Caloosahatchee River, The Cypress Club creates a mixed-use project for downtown Fort Myers that sparked an urban renaissance in the area. It comprises two 32-story sleek and modern towers, with 306 residences and 14 work/live spaces, that embraces nearby historic neighborhoods through use of large open spaces.

A lushly landscaped linear park and a Riverwalk are both open to the public. The entrance is balanced with a tree-lined boulevard leading up to a circular driveway and a ‘dry’ art fountain at the river’s edge. The spectacular lobby consists of 20-foot ceiling heights with floor to ceiling walls of glass capturing views of the river. The form of the towers are shaped by a subtle sweeping curve in response to the river’s sweeping edge and both towers are ‘crowned’ with dramatic curved metallic canopies suspended over magnificent Penthouses.
