BA provided the architectural, interior design and landscape architectural services for the remodeling of the existing Joseph Caleb Center Tower and a new parking garage facility. Services included the design, construction documentation and construction administration for both the building and parking garage. Parking Garage – The new 150,000 SF parking garage includes 2 floors of covered parking and open roof level parking containing 329 parking spaces that will services all of the occupants and visitors. Also included in this scope of work is the remodeling of an existing surface parking lot.
