The Lake Stevens Splash Pad and Park Improvements ground breaking ceremony was held January 25, 2022. The ceremony was led by the Director of Parks and Recreation and attended by the County Mayor and District Commissioner. Congratulations team! McNair Park, Pompano Beach is underway.

Construction photos of McNair Park in Pompano Beach. A 6.5-acre park is currently being expanded. The program consists of a multi-use athletic field with bleachers, press box and electronic scoreboard, athletic courts, a playground with shade covers, a new recreation /concession facility, additional parking, walkways, a 400-meter, 8-lane running track, and an outdoor gym area.

BA’s Landscape Architecture team was ranked #1 in the shortlist presentation for Phase 1 of design services for the Homestead Sports Complex. This phase consists of an artificial turf soccer field surrounded by a track with lights, a small stage, restroom/concession building and expanded parking. The rankings will go before City council who will make the final decision on the project award. Good luck to our Landscape Architecture team!
