BA is working in association with Gensler and HDR to design a new Terminal 5 at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), under contract with JetBlue Airways. The $308 million project consists of a two-level, five-gate domestic concourse located on the southeast corner of the terminal loop.
Other major components include a two-story connector between T4 and T5 and a pedestrian bridge from the Connector to the Cypress Garage. The Project includes Program Verification through design, construction and project close-out. Design is underway and targeting Gold LEED certification.
