BA, in association with a Singapore firm, designed this $500-million, 320,000 SF terminal facility at the heart of Singapore, tailored to accommodate the largest Oasis-class cruise ships. This state-of-the art facility includes a two-berth terminal complemented by adjacent commercial spaces and a ground transportation center, strategically positioned on a newly developed finger pier.

With meticulous design, the facility can efficiently process up to 8,200 passengers from two ships simultaneously, establishing it as one of the most effective facilities in existence. Moreso, the facility was designed to move each disembarking passenger from ship to shore including full immigration and customs checks, baggage claim, and comprehensive security screening within 30 minutes, a new global benchmark for passenger processing efficiency at the time of completion.

This modern facility acts as a pivotal force for long-term growth in Singapore’s cruise operations and waterfront development.
