Proposal Coordinator (Coral Gables, Fl.)

Bermello Ajamil & Partners, Inc. (BA) is seeking a Marketing and Proposal Coordinator/Specialist for our headquarters in Miami, Florida. Our ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, organized, flexible person with excellent written, verbal, and layout skills to support marketing and proposal activities. The person in this role will create, develop, plan, write, edit and proofread RFP/RFQ responses, proposals and other marketing collateral of a moderately complex to complex nature.

Primary Duties:

  • Coordinate major, complex responses and review requests (e.g. RFP’s, RFQ’s, etc.) both critically and qualitatively for requirements

  • Performs monthly project cost analysis and billing reconciliation and monitors profit office earnings reports.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide overall management direction for existing or new projects and supervise team members. Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site Construction Manager to ensure project is built on time and within budget; investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.
