Bermello Ajamil & Partners, Inc. BA was a key member for this project and its various components as it was being executed: Performed all planning and preliminary design for the
MIC and the Consolidated Rental Car Facility for MIA. Designed the original commuter rail (Tri-Rail) station. Resident engineer for all of the access roads into the complex. Resident Engineer team member for the architectural components. Resident engineer and architect for the MIC-MIC connector, an elevated automated people mover connecting the MIC to Miami International Airport.

Currently on-site representative for the closeout and transfer of the facility to the Miami-Dade Expressway Authority. Resident Engineer team for the extension of the Orange line of Miami’s Metro system. Strategic planning for the entire area including owned properties and surrounding properties.
