His past experience includes higher education and mixed-use developments, municipal facilities, and transportation projects for both public and private clients. Mr. Delgado has extensive experience in project management, design, document coordination, and construction services.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
Miami Intermodal Center - Miami International Airport, Miami, FL - Project Architect.
BA performed planning and preliminary design for the MIC and the Consolidated Rental Car Facility. The team provided public involvement and outreach services, designed the original commuter rail (Tri-Rail) station, served as resident engineer for all access roads into the MIC and provided architectural construction management for FDOT District 6. Additionally, BA served as resident engineer and architect for the MIA Mover as well as an on site representative for the closeout and potential transfer of the facility to the Miami-Dade Expressway Authority for MDX. BA was a resident engineering team member and public outreach contact for the MIC Earlington Heights Connector, and strategically planned the MIC adjacent area and surrounding properties for joint development with MDX.
Miami Dade Community College Medical Campus, Miami, FL - Project Architect.
BA master planned and designed the Miami Dade Community College Medical Campus, Phase III, a 170,000-sf facility including classrooms, labs, physical education, library, student services, office, support service spaces, and a new central utilities plant. The A/V Department provides the entire campus with comprehensive instructional media efficiently and cost-effectively using electronic media delivery and a shared technology lab.
