Bermello Ajamil & Partners (BA) designed a new Parisian-inspired mixed-use development –The Avenue Hotel & Residences in Coral Gables. This eight-story mid-rise located on an 11,000-square-foot lot at 351 San Lorenzo Avenue, Coral Gables, Florida will host 48 residential condos, along with six retail condos on the ground floor. Condo buyers will have the flexibility to live in the units full-time, rent them out annually or rent them out as hotel rooms through the Avenue’s hotel provider.

The Avenue at Coral Gables emerges with a captivating design influenced by the timeless allure of Mediterranean classicism. It unveils an exquisitely crafted architectural masterpiece that seamlessly integrates into the captivating charm of The City Beautiful, while commanding attention as a distinguished landmark.
