“Agape Network Celebrates Opening Agape Village Health Center”
A Pinnacle of Integrated Care in South Florida

MIAMI, FL – The Agape Network proudly announced the grand opening of the Agape Village Health Center on October 13th, 2023. Designed by Bermello Ajamil & Partners (BA), this 40,000 square-foot facility integrates the treatment of mental health and addiction. The Bermuda-style architecture features eight cottages housing up to eight women each, a two-story Rehab Center, a Daycare Center, and a spacious Cafetorium with a full commercial kitchen. This expansion will allow Agape’s patient capacity to grow from serving 1,000 to 2,500 individuals monthly.
The Agape Village expansion underscores a transformative approach in healthcare, blending behavioral health with primary care to offer a comprehensive and holistic solution, especially catering to vulnerable women, children, and families in the region. Dr. Jose E. Hernandez, the visionary founder of Agape, initiated a journey that has led to the creation of the new Agape Village Health Center with the relentless support of community figures, including Joseph and Alexandra Milton, and Architect Willy Bermello, who have been instrumental in the completion of this project.
